Taking advantage of the summer, I'm going to give my opinion on the different beach projects that are well done on the Panamanian Pacific coast.
They differ in sizes, prices, amenities including: sports courts, golf, tennis, paddle tennis, basketball, soccer, as well as swimming pools, social areas, restaurants, bars, gym, children's area and a beach community, where you can share with your family.
My top 4 beach projects are:
4. CASAMAR, offers options of spacious 3 bedroom apartments, ideal for families with 2 or more children, offers playground slides, beach club with bar and restaurant, access to the sea, swimming pool and 9-hole par 3 ́s executive golf course.
Location: 95 km from Panama City
3. BIJAO, offers houses and/or apartments, a large social area with several swimming pools, gym, restaurant, bar, children's games, paddle tennis courts, tennis, basketball, soccer and a 9-hole golf court, with club house, dressing rooms, practice green.
More than 500 meters of waterfront and a great family atmosphere, as well as organizing many events within the project for the community.
Its location: 80 km from Panama City.
2. VISTA MAR, is a residential project developed on terraces, offering lots, houses and apartments with a family and social atmosphere. Amenities such as an 18-hole golf course, club house, driving range, practice green, social club, swimming pool, bar, restaurants, a beach area with the marina in the background.
Its location: 92 km from Panama City.
1. BUENAVENTURA, beach project with variety of houses and apartments, luxury villas, lofts and private lots. It has a golf course, hotel, spa, restaurants, shops, equestrian club, sports club, children's playground, 3 km of beach, chapel, practice area, driving range and practice green, as well as a children's court. A very broad project, with a diversity of amenities for adults and children, large families or elderly and retired people.
Its location: 119 km from Panama City.
